Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of general office experience.
• Previous multi-line phone experience.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds patient customer service requirements as first point of contact representative.
• Schedules appointments/procedures and completes all admission and registration functions for new and established patients and provides pre-registration instructions.
• Performs general office duties as needed including maintaining department supplies and equipment.
• Follows HIPAA regulations and ensures confidentiality of patients’ records.
• Complies with state and federal regulatory requirements related to Memorial Community Health operations and policies.
• Performs other duties as required.
