Job description

Job Description

You're More Than a Front Desk-You're the Face of Our Practice. From answering the phone and welcoming patients to coordinating check-ins and check-outs, you'll help set the tone for every patient's experience. If you're personable, dependable, organized, and ready to make a difference every day, we want to hear from you!

About Boulder Medical Center. Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is a local, independent, physician-owned medical group with more than 90 doctors and medical professionals working together across five medical offices. Our teams provide a wide range of care—from everyday health needs to specialized medical care—with the support of more than 325 team members. Founded by 10 physicians in 1949, BMC has grown while staying true to our local roots and commitment to our community. Today, we have two locations in Boulder, as well as offices in Louisville, Longmont, and Erie.

About The Role

Boulder Medical Center is seeking customer service-oriented candidates to join our collaborative Medical Receptionist team, also known internally as our Patient Access Associates. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming experience, this is an opportunity to bring your customer service skills into a healthcare setting. We are hiring for multiple BMC clinic locations throughout Boulder County. While the specific specialties and patient populations vary by location, Medical Receptionists/Patient Access Associates play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized experience for every patient. These are typically full-time, benefit-eligible, day-shift positions working Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturday mornings depending on the clinic. Part-time opportunities may also be available at select locations.

As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be one of the first people our patients interact with. You'll answer phones, welcome and check in patients, schedule appointments, help patients navigate their visits, and support our medical teams behind the scenes. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of medical specialties and learn more about healthcare along the way.

What We Offer
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible full-time and part-time employees.
  • Flexible spending accounts and company-paid life insurance for eligible full-time employees.
  • A variety of voluntary benefit options.

  • Paid time off (PTO) for eligible full-time employees.
  • Six paid holidays annually for eligible full-time employees.
  • Holiday pay for eligible part-time employees when regularly scheduled to work on an observed holiday.
  • Day‑shift schedules with Monday-Friday hours and rotating Saturday mornings, depending on the clinic.
