Job summary

Center for Vein Restoration is seeking Patient Service Representatives to join our Grand Rapids, MI clinics. You will greet patients, check them in/out, and ensure all policies are followed. You will input demographics and payments into NextGen, verify schedules and referrals, and prepare precertifications daily.

Strong organizational and customer-service skills are essential. Responsibilities include collecting patient forms, updating records, and managing daily close tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Reliable transportation to clinics that may not be accessible by public transit.
• Willingness to travel to CVR Grand Rapids, MI clinic and other MI locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner and check in/out.
• Ensure CVR policies are distributed, understood, and implemented by center staff.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate patient demographics and payments in NextGen.
• Review scheduling, referrals, and financials with patients throughout care.
• Send precertification forms to the Precertification Department daily.
• Close daily tasks: fee tickets, billing, and operative notes; update patient records in NextGen/EHR.
• Collect paperwork for appointments and patient balances; schedule and confirm appointments.
