Qualifications

• Experience with EMR software is required.
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow, schedule and confirm appointments, check-in/out, collect co-pays.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for visits.
• Support daily clinical operations with providers.
• Respond to patient inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain front desk operations and keep reception areas organized.
• Assist providers with clinical tasks as requested.
• Monitor and restock medical and office supplies.
