Victory Medical is seeking a competent Medical Office Receptionist to join the front desk team in Austin, TX. The role requires greeting patients, managing calls, appointments, and insurance verifications, while supporting accurate patient records and courteous service.

The position offers holidays, PTO, 401k matching, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision, with discounts on services and products. Hours are 11:30 AM–7:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as medical office front desk or urgent care receptionist preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification preferred.
• Spanish speaking to assist patients is a plus.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
• Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out.
• Manage patient records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
