Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of medical office experience.
• Two years of general office experience including one year in a medical office.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and route calls to clinical staff.
• Handle front desk tasks and data entry into the Electronic Management System (EHS) and billing/insurance processing.
• Assist with patient check-in/out and collect co-pays.
