Position: ReceptionistLocation: Wauwatosa, WICompany: Holzhauer, Hewett, & Barta Orthodontics, an MRA MemberType: Full Time. Four, ten hour daysPay Range: $17.00-$21.00 per hour, benefits listed below.We are a large, fast paced, multi-location, orthodontic practice serving patients throughout the metro Milwaukee area that is in need of a receptionist in our Wauwatosa location. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment for all of our patients, their families, and our employees. Our receptionists are responsible for managing the front desk's day-to-day operations. They must be able to multitask efficiently while ensuring that all tasks are completely promptly.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and their families in a professional manner.
- Schedule a variety of appointments according to practice protocol to ensure the days run as smoothly as possible for the doctors and orthodontic assistants.
- Answer a busy phone in a clear and polished way. Direct calls as needed. Take messages and write emails to doctors and other departments within the practice.
- Accurate data collection and entry.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception and waiting room area. Help manage office supplies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a positive rapport with patients and their families quickly and efficiently.
- Professionalism. Having a courteous attitude and appropriate conduct at all times.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to be the direct liaison between patients and their families and our doctors.
- Extreme attention to detail while managing daily tasks.
- Proficiency in computers and other office equipment.
- We are prepared to train the proper professional but must have experience as a medical receptionist.
