Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage a variety of front desk operations efficiently.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar for the physician.
• Handle medical billing and collections accurately and timely.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and office policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must consistently meet attendance and performance standards.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping.
