Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service/Administration
  • Greet all patients and offer beverages
  • Check patients in, ensure schedule accuracy
  • Check patients out and schedule follow-up appointments
  • Maintain accountability for the schedule book
  • Introduce visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Conduct appointment confirmation calls
  • Organize next day’s patient charts
  • Prepare new patient charts
  • Maintain inventory of front office supplies
  • Check and forward emails
  • Organize and maintain file system
  • Keep front desk and lobby area clean
  • Billing: process payments, print daily reports, reconcile cash/check deposits
