When you join us as a Patient Service Representative, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will :

  1. Greet and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  2. Obtain or verify proper insurance and patient information, collect signatures, and ensure accuracy and completion of necessary documentation.
  3. Collect and log all co-pays and fees.
  4. Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments, confirm appointments, and notify staff of changes when necessary.
  5. Provide patients with orientation for preparatory and safety protocols, and give directions to facilities if needed.
  6. Coordinate with back-office staff for timely and effective patient care.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have :

  1. High School Diploma or GED.
  2. Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  3. Strong multitasking and communication skills.
  4. Experience providing exceptional customer service.
  5. Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office experience are preferred.

Pay Range :

USD $18.00 - USD $20.00 per hour.

Shift : Mornings

Shift Variations :

Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
