We are an upscale, boutique-style GYN office and Med Spa seeking a part time front office medical receptionist. We are looking for a mature, friendly, outgoing individual with professional appearance and demeanor to join our team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with skillful time management, and a focus on excellent customer service. This is a front office position. MA or Medical front office experience is helpful but not required. Medical Aesthetics/MedSpa experience is helpful but not required.
We offer a relaxed, pleasant work environment with flexible scheduling. This position is Monday through Thursday from 7:30 or 8 am to around 3:30 or 4 pm, and occasional Fridays from 9:30 to 3.
