Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; medical office training or certification a plus.
• Prior experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare front office setting preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical scheduling software.
• Knowledge of medical insurance verification and billing processes.
• Strong communication skills with a warm, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for serving our diverse patient community.

Responsibilities

• Ensure front desk area is organized, clean, and HIPAA-compliant at all times.
