Job summary

Virtua Health seeks a Lead Practice Manager to direct administrative and clinical services for assigned practices. The role provides 24-hour accountability for operations, patient access, and staff performance.

You will contribute to growth strategies, set the tone for a positive work environment, and ensure regulatory compliance across the practice. Requires 3-5 years in a medical setting as a lead/coordinator, with strong billing and scheduling knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a medical practice or ambulatory medical setting as a Lead, Office Coordinator or Supervisor.
• Knowledge of insurance, billing guidelines and compliance with regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and clinical services for assigned practice(s) under the dyad leadership model.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, staffing, and KPI performance to optimize access and value.
• Prepare reports, monitor CME and PTO, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, hire and supervise office staff; ensure licensure and credentials are current.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
