Atlantic Health System in New Jersey seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across budgets, staff, scheduling, and workflows in a physician practice setting.

You will lead hiring, training, and performance management while promoting quality, safety, and engagement; collaborate with leadership to boost efficiency, patient satisfaction, and team communication.

Qualifications

• Required HS diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree and/or Masters’ Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
• Prior physician practice management experience - Knowledge of healthcare/ambulatory care management.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily operations including budgets, staffing, scheduling, and workflows.
