Baptist Health Medical Assistant Practice Manager III Louisville, KY Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Practice Manager III is responsible for the day-to-day operations, leadership, and management of a Baptist Health Medical Group Urgent Care practice. This position provides on-site leadership for clinical and administrative operations while ensuring an exceptional patient experience, efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and achievement of organizational and practice goals. The Practice Manager III combines strong supervisory, operational, financial, and administrative skills to support providers and staff and promote the overall success of the practice.
