Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing healthcare operations, staffing, budgets, and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and overall management of the practice.
• Provide leadership and direction to practice staff.
• Coordinate physician and staff schedules for coverage.
• Act as on-site Compliance Officer ensuring HIPAA/OSHA and policy compliance.
• Develop and monitor the practice’s annual operating budget.
• Monitor expenses and resources to support financial management.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote the practice.
