Job summary

Prime Healthcare in Missouri is seeking a Medical Practice Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, support staffing and workflow, and deliver outstanding patient care. You will lead the team, drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and partner with providers to support access and growth.

Responsibilities include directing staff activities, optimizing workflows, managing budgets and revenue cycle processes, and maintaining strong physician relationships while ensuring licensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or a minimum of five years Healthcare leadership/management experience is required.
• Medical Group experience preferred.

• Report to the Director of Physician Services and provides leadership and administrative oversight to practice operations
• Plan, develop, and organize workflows while directing day to day activities of staff and practice functions
• Manage financial performance including staffing efficiency budget awareness and supporting revenue cycle processes
• Ensure strong relationships with physicians through ongoing communications and relationship development.
• Promote the practice within St Joseph Medical Group and throughout the broader medical community
• Maintain working knowledge of clinical operations and steps in to support coverage when needed within licensure guidelines

Location: St. Joseph Family Medical Care – Kansas City, MO

We are seeking a Medical Practice Manager, sometimes referred to as a Practice Manager or Clinic Manager. Our Medical Practice Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, support staffing and workflow efficiency, and deliver exceptional patient care experience. The Medical Practice Manager will lead the team, manage financial performance, ensure compliance, and partner closely with providers to support access and growth.

*** If you have experience in Healthcare leadership or Healthcare management in a medical group or ambulatory clinic, you are encouraged to apply!!

**To be considered for this position, youmust have 3 years of experience in healthcare management & a bachelor's degree***
