Job summary

Prime Healthcare Saint Francis Hospital Primary Care Clinic is seeking a Practice Manager to lead and manage clinic operations at the 3048 W Peterson, Chicago location. You will plan workflows, oversee staff, and drive the financial performance of the practice while promoting the clinic within the Medical Group and wider medical community.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or related field or 5+ years of healthcare leadership, with Medical Group experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or a minimum of five years Healthcare leadership/management experience is required.
• Medical Group experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and administrative management to practice operations.
• Plan, develop, and organize workflow and staff activities.
• Direct and evaluate activities of the practice and staff.
• Manage financial performance and promote the practice within Medical Group and the medical community.
• Maintain working knowledge of clinical operations and fill in as needed during staffing shortages.

Responsibilities

The Practice Manager is responsible for providing leadership and administrative management to practice operations. This position includes office-level leadership though planning, developing, and organizing the workflow; directing and evaluating the activities of the practice and of each staff member, managing the financial performance of the practice and promoting the practice within Medical Group, as well as the greater medical community. The Practice Manager is expected to have a working knowledge of all aspects of the clinical operations and be able to fill in when staffing needs demand, with consideration to any licensing requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or a minimum of five years Healthcare leadership/management experience is required.

2. Medical Group experience preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $68,640.00 to $99,403.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
