The base salary ranges from $95,000 to $110,000 per year, with bonus opportunities and comprehensive health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off to support a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience leading both clinical and administrative teams in healthcare, dental, or wellness settings.
• 5+ years of people leadership with 20+ direct and indirect reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with empathy and confidence.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Passion for patient satisfaction and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Lead clinical and administrative staff with collaboration, accountability, and compassion.
• Operations Oversight: Manage daily flow of front and back-office operations for seamless patient experiences.
• Revenue Oversight: Monitor sales trends and conversion rates; coordinate marketing with third-party vendors and coach sales teams.
• Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors for timely, cost-effective supplies and services.
• Patient Experience: Champion patient satisfaction and ensure patients feel seen, heard, and cared for.

• 7+ years experience leading both clinical and administrative teams, ideally in a healthcare, dental or wellness setting.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience including 20+ direct and indirect reports.
