Requirements
- 5+ years of medical practice management or healthcare operations leadership experience
- Direct experience working with physicians in a medical practice setting
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing staff and operational performance
- Strong business and financial understanding
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday
