Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service/reception experience.

The Medical Patient Access Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting efficient day-to-day clinic operations. This position performs a variety of front-office and administrative duties, including patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, medical record maintenance, and payment processing.

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.

Schedule & Perks

• Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Up to 200 hours (5 weeks) of PTO each year

Requirements

• 1. High school graduate or equivalent
• 2. 6 months of customer service/reception experience
• 3. Basic office skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft products

Preferred Qualifications

• 1. 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
• 2. EMR experience
• 3. 1+ years of experience in FQHC setting
• 4. Bilingual (Spanish)
• 5. Graduate of certified medical office training course, CNA or Medical Assistant
