Responsibilities

• Responsible for hiring, disciplining and discharging employees according to policy; conducts written performance reviews.
• Supervises non-clinical and clinical staff to assure high-quality patient care; collaborates with HR partners.
• Develops short- and long-term planning for growth; improves policy efficiency and overall operations.
• Coordinates staff provider meetings and communicates policy updates from MMH meetings.
• Manages payroll processes, staff schedules, and time-keeping for biweekly payroll.
