Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred or 4+ years of progressive leadership in ambulatory/medical office settings.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities; capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, EMR, coding, insurance billing, scheduling, data entry, and multi-line phone systems.
• Experience: interdisciplinary team collaboration and problem-solving within physician practices to improve quality and operations.
• Preferred: minimum two years of previous practice management experience.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Direct daily operations of assigned physician practice/program, including staff management, provider coordination, scheduling, and workflow optimization to ensure patient access, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
• Financial & Performance Management: Develop and monitor annual budgets, oversee financial performance, and utilize key metrics to drive outcomes.
• Revenue Cycle & Compliance: Maximize front-end revenue processes and collaborate with billing teams to ensure accuracy and resolve improvement opportunities.
• People & Patient Experience: Lead HR functions including hiring, coaching, and performance management; maintain patient satisfaction scores at or above target.
