Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 4+ years of progressive leadership experience in ambulatory medical setting.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities; capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, EMR systems, coding, insurance billing, scheduling, data entry, and multi-line phone systems.
• Experience collaborating across physician practices to improve quality and operation.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Direct daily operations of assigned physician practice/program, including staff management, provider coordination, scheduling, and workflow optimization to ensure patient access, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
• Financial & Performance Management: Develop and monitor budgets, oversee financial performance, and use metrics to drive operational and revenue outcomes.
• Revenue Cycle & Compliance: Maximize front-end revenue processes and collaborate with billing teams to improve accuracy.
• People & Patient Experience: Lead HR functions including hiring, coaching, and performance management; maintain patient satisfaction scores.
