Job summary

The position requires 3–5 years in a healthcare management setting, experience with Lawson/UKG, and strong interpersonal skills to lead teams and coordinate with MMG Administration and HR partners.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in a healthcare system with emphasis on management and human resources.
• Working knowledge of Lawson and UKG computer programs. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of medical office policies, practices and procedures as normally acquired through healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversees hiring, disciplining and performance reviews for practice staff.
• Supervises non-clinical and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborates with MMG Admin, Regional Director and HR Strategic Partner on staffing and growth planning.
• Improves efficiency and cost effectiveness by reviewing policies and operations.
• Coordinates staff/provider meetings and communicates policies to staff and providers.
