Vitruvian Health in Dalton, GA is hiring a Medical Office Registrar for the Dalton Primary Care location. This full-time role handles patient check-in/out, scheduling, registrations, and financial transactions, ensuring accurate data and smooth front-end operations.

The registrar supports eligibility verification, authorizations, and Medicare/insurance processes while providing courteous service to patients and collaborating with care teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college courses preferred but not required.
• 1–5 years of front-desk/customer service experience in a physician practice.
• Competency in CPT/ICD10 coding.
• Experience with Athena or similar medical software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle front-desk duties, including patient check-in/out and scheduling.
• Manage phone lines and patient communications per protocols.
• Process registrations, co-pays, and time-of-service accounts.
• Review eligibility and obtain authorizations as necessary.
• Post payments, balance patient accounts, and assist with end-of-day closing.
