The ideal candidate for this receptionist type position will have a minimum of 1-3 years of medical office experience. Excellent communication skills are essential. A knowledge of medical terminology and computer skills are a must.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing information to patients
- Obtain patient signature on specified documents
- Schedule follow-up appointments
- Enter patient recall information
- Verify phone number for referrals
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Confirm appointments for next business day
- Clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) (Required)
- Minimum one year recent experience working in a medical facility as a patient services representative (PSR) or check-out person. (Preferred)

Schedule
After introductory period schedule will be 9-5:30 Monday & Friday; 10-6:30 Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. You must be able to work this schedule.
