SCA Health is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the facility business office, HR tasks, payroll, and vendor liaison. This role supports administrative functions across the center, ensuring accurate billing, scheduling and office operations.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in a medically-related setting, strong supervision skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and billing software. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and insurance processes knowledge is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 5 years of experience in a medically-related environment; surgery center experience a plus
• Supervision of non-medical teammates required
• Knowledge of medical terminology required
• Experience with patient admissions, scheduling and medical office operations desired
• Understanding of insurance verification processes

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the Business Office team to ensure smooth operations
• Direct supervision and coaching of non-medical staff
• Oversee human resource procedures and payroll processes
• Act as backup for all business office teammates
• Ensure timely and accurate administrative and accounting procedures
• Liaise with billing, maintenance and housekeeping vendors and contracts
• Promote efficient operation in collaboration with Clinical Director and Administrator
