You will coordinate staff, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards while supporting high-quality patient care.

The role requires 2+ years in a medical leadership setting, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in leadership capacity.
• Experience as a lead role in a medical setting or physician office manager.
• Experience in management of multiple practices or specialty practices.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and tracks data reflecting turnaround time and test results.
• Prepares, updates, and tracks department schedules to ensure staffing coverage, including on-call schedules, and enforces policies.
• Ensures staff compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and HIPAA requirements.
• Maintains Policies and Procedures manuals and ensures Safety and Infection Control standards.
• Acts as liaison for patients and staff, provides reports and statistics as requested.
• Manages physician affiliate office/department to ensure cost-effective operations and high-quality care.
• Reviews billing practices to ensure appropriate physician and office reimbursement.
• Assists in budget preparation and analyzes expense reports.
