You will coordinate physician credentialing, monitor billing practices, and contribute to annual budget planning while supporting staff development and patient-focused service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• 2+ years leadership experience in a medical setting or physician office manager role required.
• Experience in managing multiple practices or specialty practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track data reflecting turnaround time and test results.
• Prepare, update, and track department schedules for staffing and on-call coverage.
• Enforce policies, HIPAA standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Review billing practices for physician and office reimbursement.
• Assist in annual budgeting and analyze expense reports.
