Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and third-party payors preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally and listen effectively.
• Mature judgment when dealing with patients, physicians and insurers.
• Proficiency with office equipment and multitasking in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge.
