Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 6 months of healthcare experience or 6 months of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greets and signs in patients.
• Obtains patient information and schedules appointments.
• Assists patients with billing questions and payments.
• Sorts and distributes mail and copies medical records.
• Supports physician office health care team and referrals.
• Ensures encounter forms are complete before checkout.
