Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Assistant Office Manager who will lead a patient-focused team and ensure smooth daily operations. You will drive the Total Patient Experience, build strong relationships with doctors, and enforce policies with a constructive, supportive approach.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a customer/patient-facing role, prior medical office and leadership experience preferred, and the ability to pass a background check and provide work authorization in the United

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in a customer/patient-facing role.
Previous medical office experience and leadership experience preferred.
Must pass background check and have work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Execute Total Patient Experience (TPE) effectively.
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctors associated with office location.
Enforce all corporate policies and procedures.
Motivate team members by remaining positive and communicating changes in a supportive way.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the office (flow, inventory, training).
Assist leading the office by guiding staff to success through coaching as directed by the Office Manager.
Handle team member and patient questions in the absence of the Office Manager.
