Job summary

Great Lakes Pain Center is seeking an Administrative Medical Assistant to support our healthcare team with clinical and administrative tasks in-person at our Bay City, MI location.

You will greet patients, manage check-in/out, assist with data entry and EMR use, and help maintain a calm, organized office. CPR is required or obtained within 90 days; CMA/Medical Secretary training is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR certification required or within 90 days.
• Experience in a medical office, especially front desk duties, is preferred.
• Completion of CMA/Medical Secretary program is a plus; solid office tech skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients by providing a friendly, professional front desk presence and supporting the healthcare team.
• Manage check-in/out, phones, filing, data entry, and EMR navigation to keep the office organized.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and participate in team meetings and daily operations.
