Job summary

Great Lakes Pain Center is seeking an Administrative Medical Assistant to support our clinical and administrative tasks in Bay City. You’ll greet patients, manage check-in/out, and keep the EMR and office systems running smoothly.

CPR certification is required (or obtained within 90 days). Proficiency with EMR software and Microsoft Office, plus strong communication and multitasking skills, are essential. This is a full-time, in-person role with a patient-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical office experience preferred.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 90 days.
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients; support front desk operations.
• Manage check-in/out, phone calls, and patient scheduling to keep the office organized.
• Maintain EMR accuracy and confidentiality; support clinicians as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
