The role emphasizes accurate recordkeeping, collaboration with nurses and providers, and proficiency with EMR systems and office software to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and basic office technology.
• Clear communication skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to multitask, work independently when needed, and collaborate as a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care by collecting assessment data and supporting patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and recordkeeping under RN supervision.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated care.
• Use EMR and other software to keep patient records accurate and up to date.
