Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CMA/RMA preferred.
• Prior experience in a medical office or clinical setting strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR systems and general medical office software.

• Documentation and clinical skills including vital signs and CGMS application and downloads
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and patient-facing interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
