Responsibilities

• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly office manager checklists, reports, and documentation.
• Liaise between the corporate office, clinic team, and external entities to ensure workflow.
• Handle patient complaints promptly with tact and compassion.
• Analyze operational metrics to drive business and clinical quality outcomes.
• Ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance, maintaining a safe environment for both employees and patients.
• Interact with vendors, suppliers, and other related entities as necessary.
• Manage practice locations, including equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance contracts.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to share information and address company updates; manage scheduling and time off requests.
