Job summary

Optima Medical is seeking an organized Office Manager to lead a primary care clinic location. You will supervise Medical Assistants and Front Desk staff, manage scheduling and HR tasks, and support providers to maintain efficient patient flow.

The role requires MA certification or diploma and experience in medical office management. Strong leadership and communication are essential in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• MA certificate or diploma is required.
• Experience in medical office management is required.
• Experience supervising medical or administrative staff preferred.
• Knowledge of primary care workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with eCW EMR workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations for efficient patient flow.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Medical Assistants and Front Desk staff.
• Manage staff scheduling, timecards and HR-related tasks for the clinic.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees.
• Ensure compliant EMR workflows and clinic policies.
• Monitor clinic metrics and patient satisfaction to drive performance.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for providers and patients.
