Job summary

North Springs Surgery Center, affiliated with HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Business Office Coordinator to oversee daily business office operations at our Colorado Springs facility. You will manage scheduling, chart preparation, patient registration, insurance verification and deposits, ensuring accurate front-end processes and timely collections.

The role requires at least 2 years in a medical office setting and supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical office setting (ambulatory surgery center, hospital, or doctors office).
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staff schedules to ensure coverage.
• Complete chart preparation, data entry, collections, insurance verification and pre-certification as required.
• Reconcile daily front office collections.
• Collaborate with nurse manager/nurse coordinator to streamline daily schedule.
• Handle opening and/or closing procedures of the facility.
