Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association required.
• 1-2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of extensive customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and meets competencies and skills per departmental checklist.
• Coordinate work across office staff; maintain confidentiality and quality standards.
• Maintain EMR knowledge to support practice operations and patient care.
• Work with providers to improve patient experience metrics.
• Coordinate scheduling, pre-registration, and financial clearances; manage charts and authorizations.
