Qualifications

• Prior healthcare registration experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between patients and physician practices.
• Schedule patients and enter necessary information into the scheduling system.
• Verify demographics and insurance, complete registrations, and explain financial options to patients.
• Collect payments and reconcile cash as part of the revenue cycle.
• Assist with coverage at other physician practice locations when needed.
