Qualifications

• Prior experience in patient registration/healthcare preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain financial options to patients and verify demographics.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow in the computer system.
• Explain financial options and collect and process patient payments.
• Verify RX benefits and coordinate with financial counselors when needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with referrals.
