The candidate will greet patients, collect information, update demographics, and support a smooth patient flow while ensuring accuracy in charge entry and customer service excellence.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year in a medical office setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with front office functions including patient relations, check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones.
• Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone.
• Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of patient charge entry into the billing system and assist with collecting and recording co-pays.
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
• Maintains a clean, inviting, and friendly environment.
