Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent (GED)
• 1 year of relevant office or healthcare experience
• Associate degree or higher strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates meetings and events including facilities, catering and logistics; makes travel arrangements as needed
• Tracks and monitors department budget, prepares monthly budget reports
• Processes requisitions, invoices, expense reports and check requests
• Maintains confidential employee records and coordinates with payroll and HR
• Designs and edits documents and presentations using MS Office
• Maintains hard copy and electronic files; builds databases using Access/Excel
