Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Medical Office Assistant located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. There will be off‑site travel to our other locations ranging from Sherman Oaks, Pasadena, Downey, and Long Beach. The Medical Office Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative and patient‑focused tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office. Duties include scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, verifying insurance information, and maintaining patient records. Additionally, the role involves assisting with general office management to support the team in providing exceptional care to patients.

Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette and appointment scheduling skills
• Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks and office organization
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients and team members
• Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in medical administration is an advantage
