Responsibilities & Requirements

The Medical Office Assistant Float supports patient care, safety, and access by performing administrative tasks in a medical office or outpatient setting. This role ensures efficient front office operations, accurate record keeping, and a welcoming environment for patients and visitors. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Work Experience

• None required
• experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred.

Required Licenses, Certifications, And Registrations
