Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's/NAACLS-approved Medical Technology or equivalent.
• No experience required for entry-level roles.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests within established protocols.
• Operates and maintains instruments; detects malfunctions and applies corrections.
• Performs quality control and QA reviews; takes corrective actions as needed.
• Collects specimens from patients across age groups following protocol.
• Trains, mentors, and supports lab staff and students.
• Ensures compliance with accrediting standards and CAP requirements.
• Supports transfusion services and other areas as needed.
