Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is hiring for a full-time Medical Laboratory Technologist on the 3rd shift in Texas. The role focuses on performing high- and moderate-complexity tests, reviewing results, and reporting findings to physicians.

You will champion safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic lab environment. The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Medical Technology or a related science with MT training or experience, plus ASCP certification and strong analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related field with MT training
• 1 year laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing
• ASCP certification or equivalent
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment (analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, pipettes, alarms)

Responsibilities

• Perform high or moderate complexity testing as part of patient care
• Analyze, review, and report testing results
• Identify when corrective action is needed and implement solutions
• Work in a fast-paced laboratory with biological/chemical hazards
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control
