Qualifications

• CLIA high complexity testing eligibility required or outlined alternatives.
• ASCP, AMT or equivalent preferred.
• One year healthcare or lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process specimens and orders; evaluate acceptability and correct accordingly.
• Perform high/moderate complexity testing and interpret results.
• Report accurate results and correlate with prior data as needed.
• Operate and troubleshoot lab equipment; maintain QC records.
• Participate in proficiency testing and ensure proper sample treatment.
• Manage inventory and monitor stock expiry dates.
• Assist with training of team members and students.
• Maintain safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
